By logging into this application and agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions the user accordingly agrees to the provisions contained in this policy, which the Egyptian Customs Authority reserves the right to amend at any time immediately upon the user being notified of any changes therein by way of a notification via the application.

The Egyptian Customs Authority collects personal information through the (Phone Customs) application such as names, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, etc., as well as non-personal information such as the type of devices through which the (Phone Customs) application was used, operating systems, IP addresses etc. This is achieved through electronic forms upon registration, cookies or tracking technologies, as well as the collection of other information, with the aim of using such information to improve the user experience, conducting market research and studies, sending updates and special offers, analyzing data and developing the service.

The Egyptian Customs Authority for Data Protection is keen to use encryption techniques and store data in secure servers that are restricted to authorized personnel only, and it is prohibited to disclose such data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Egyptian Customs Authority may share this data with the service providers provided through the (Phone Customs) application for operational purposes or by law, or to protect the legal rights of the Egyptian Customs Authority.
